chocolate and caramel dessert

homemade dessert done with a very creamy chocolate and mou caramel ganache (mix together liquid whipped cream with fused milk chocolate and mou caramel), whipped cream, dark chocolate, cookie crumbs and 2 pocky, the first one covered with dark chocolate, the second one with cocoa.
